Your receipt of an order confirmation does notsignify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the rightat any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including the unavailability offabric or inventory components.

SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDER TIMELINE & SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Certain items are offered on a "Pre-Order" or "Made-To-Order" structural basis. Production, manufacturing, andtransit timelines specified on product pages (e.g., "4 to 6 weeks for production" ) are good-faith estimates,not guaranteed delivery dates. By placing a Pre-Order, you acknowledge and accept that unexpected logistics,custom declarations, or manufacturing interruptions may delay delivery. SECTION 3 - ANTI-BOT & FRAUD MITIGATION MEASURES

To preserve equitable access for genuine consumers, we employ automated fraud-detection software and rigoroustransaction filtering. We reserve the absolute right to cancel and fully refund any orders that we suspect, in our solediscretion, have been placed utilizing automated scripts, "bots", scraping tools, or coordinated purchasing networks.Any orders flagged with discrepant billing/shipping coordinates or high-risk fraud scores via our e-commerceinfrastructure will be instantly systematically voided.

SECTION 4 - ORDER MODIFICATIONS & BILLING INTEGRITY

Given the automated processing nature of our fulfillment infrastructure, we are unable to modify, amend, or altershipping addresses, item sizing, or product configurations once a transaction is finalized. You are entirelyresponsible for providing accurate billing and destination shipping information. If a package is returned to us asundeliverable due to inaccurate customer input, the customer is responsible for the secondary shipping feesrequired to re-route the delivery.
